Refund policy
For Physical Products:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days (including weekends) after the order has been delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return for physical products, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and/or unused, with tags and labels, and in its original packaging intact and unopened. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return application is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note, no refunds or re-shipments will occur due to postal delays or packages arriving late, as these are the responsibilities of the respective carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been dispatched.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately (within 7 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
No exchanges are possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@hunterandthescholar.com with the subject line: "Inquiry about a return for order number (your order number)" and provide relevant information and questions in the body of the email.
Exceptions / non-returnable items / non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products) that we may carry in the future. We also do not accept returns for opened products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
For Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital products, there are no refunds or returns.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that they will have the requisite knowledge and capabilities (including having the correct type of app, software, hardware, and other technologies that may be necessary to utilize the purchased digital product) to access and use the digital product. Also, it is the buyer's responsibility to read the product page in-detail prior to making the purchase. Product support has been provided through the product page and/or FAQ (if applicable).
Issues
Please make sure you follow the instructions included on the product's page in order to use it. If unexpected issues arise (such as file corruption), please send a support request to support@hunterandthescholar.com with the subject line: Request for Support for Digital Product Order (your order number) and write a detailed email about the issue (screenshots would help expedite the process).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Digital products are non-returnable.
Exchanges
