The stickers with the broken glass holographic effect has a holographic vinyl on top that is intended to be waterproof. The plain vinyl stickers have a durable and flexible clear vinyl laminate that offers long lasting protections. The clear vinyl is intended to be waterproof and protective against fading and exposure to sun & moisture (5+years, though it would depend on how the sticker is used and exposed to the elements, as well as washing).
